Where are your swimsuits made?

Our swimwear is proudly made in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. We put a lot of emphasis on finding the right manufacturer with the same ethical and sustainable values we are looking are for. Fabrics are sourced from eco-friendly materials made from recycled ocean waste.

 

What makes your swimwear sustainable?

We use 100% recycled ocean waste to produce our eco-friendly products that are better for the planet and made to be high-quality. By using recycled materials to produce our bikinis, we’ve been able to reduce the fabric waste we see annually in our factories. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet one bikini at a time.

Every bikini produced at Avery supports the ROLE Foundation - a zero waste facility that runs environmental development programs in Bali. Along with zero waste, we work together to support sustainable businesses as well as improve women’s education and development.

 

Is your swimwear ethically made?

We value ethical labour practices from production to the sourcing of our fabrics. All the staff in our factories in Bali are paid above award wages up to three times the standard in the industry.

$1 from each bikini made at Avery has been donated to support grassroots organizations and our manufacturers continue to implement hiring practices that raise the standards for women, health and income in their industry.

 

Where do you ship your bikinis from?

Our company is based in Toronto, Ontario and we ship everything from here in Canada!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only offer shipping within Canada and the U.S.

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 within Canada and $14 to the U.S with express shipping options available for an extra charge. Please refer to our shipping info to check exact rates.

Shipping is FREE for all orders $100 for Canada and U.S. orders.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges if size doesn’t fit?

Yes of course! We strongly value customer satisfaction with our products. We offer full refunds in the original tender and exchanges within 14 days of shipping date. Please refer to our return policy for full details on how our refunds and exchanges are processed.

 

Are your products online only or do you sell them in stores?

We are currently exclusively online through our official website only. However, make sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to keep up to date on any upcoming shows we may be in participating in to shop our bikinis in person.

 

If a size is sold out in a particular style, will it come back in stock?

We order our swimwear in very low quantities to reduce overstocking. Depending on the demand for a particular style, we may restock when it’s time to make a new order from our manufacturers in Bali. If you love a style, it’s best to get it before it’s gone!

 

Do your bikinis have push-up?

Our bikinis don’t have push-up. They are all, however, lightly padded with either removable or fixed padding to help shape your bust. Please refer to product details under each product to see which kind each bikini top has.

 

Does your swimwear fit petite girls?

Yes, we specifically designed our swimwear to help empower petite girls! Our smallest size in XS fits a AA cup size in bras. All our swimwear is lightly padded to help the smaller chested girls feel more confident and less exposed compared to unpadded bikinis.

 

What size range do you carry up to?

We are proudly size-inclusive with a full range of sizes from XS to XL. Our largest size in tops fits a band width up to 39”, with many having the option to be adjusted with back ties. Our XL can fit a DD cup size in bras comfortably. Make sure to refer to our sizing chart to ensure best fit when choosing your correct size.

 

Is your vegan leather waterproof?

Yes! Our vegan leather fabric is made with 80% nylon and 20% spandex. It’s 100% waterproof with amazing shape retention and a great amount of stretch to it. Waterproof leather is one of our signature design features that we ensured to make it as comfortable at the beach as in every day life.
